Specifications for Submitting Photos

The higher resolution of the photo you send, the better the poster will look. Typically, the image that comes straight out of the camera or phone will work the best. An image with a resolution between 1800 and 3200 pixels usually looks great. Images below that resolution start to look a little "soft" or "pixelated." If you don't have a high-resolution photo to send, I'll do my best with whatever photo you have.

I've designed and structured my website so you can visit and browse without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. The only way for me to obtain any personal information about you is for you to tell me yourself. For example, when you place an order or ask for more information, your name, telephone number and/or email address will be emailed to me. For optimal security, your credit card number is only required to make a purchase through a secure connection with PayPal. I do not see your credit card information.

Email
I may use an email service to send promotions, coupons and up-to-date information. Such email will allow you to unsubscribe your email address from the mailing list, or you may email me a request to remove you from the list.
Like most online merchants, my website may use cookies to enhance your online shopping experience. Cookies are packages of data that my secure server may send to your computer. Please call Customer Service at 800.899.6272 for assistance.All users of SignMagic™ agree and accept that designing and purchasing any product using any online color chart related to TheSignChef.com’s services will look somewhat different than the actual final product since colors specified in the software will vary in appearance and shade due to monitor display settings and material (vinyl, paint, wood, aluminum, etc.).In a case where the customer orders and receives a sign and the color is completely different from what they ordered (example: red instead of blue, not just a different shade of blue), the customer may, of course, request a corrected sign.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon your written request, TheSignChef.com will use reasonable efforts to cancel or change your order prior to production.If an order is canceled before sign production begins, a cancellation fee up to $150 will be incurred. Any canceled orders are subject to a credit card processing fee up to 6%. Time allocated for proofs and artwork generated by TheSignChef.com’s graphic designer will be charged at a standard hourly rate and is non-refundable. An order cannot be canceled if sign production has begun. However, at your written request, TheSignChef.com can prevent shipment. You will be charged for the full amount of the order, minus shipping.If an order is changed prior to production, additional charges including, but not limited to, artwork, quantity and shipping may apply. If an order is canceled before artwork and/or sign production starts, a cancellation fee of $50 will be incurred plus any related artwork and proofing charges at the rate of $145 per hour.Funds held after 90 days can only be used as store credit and are not eligible for a refund. Store credits expire after twelve (12) months. There are no cash refunds beyond 90 days.Coupons have no cash value.
